Refund policy

We will replace any item you receive that is damaged. We work with a specialised beverage delivery business and they know how to handle our delicious Wavee Hard Seltzers. However, if one of our skilled drivers was having a bad day, please take a photo as soon as practicable (ideally 1 day) of the damaged delivery and we will arrange a replacement. To request a replacement please email thirsty@wavee.au with a photo of the damaged item.
