Blood Orange & Mandarin
Blood Orange & Mandarin Glazed Ham
- Ingredients:
- 1 bone-in ham
- 1 cup Wavee Blood Orange & Mandarin
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a saucepan, mix Wavee Blood Orange & Mandarin, brown sugar, mustard, orange zest, and cloves. Simmer until the glaze thickens.
- Score the ham and brush it with the glaze.
- Bake for 1.5–2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
Citrus Salad with Wavee Dressing
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed citrus slices (oranges, grapefruit)
- 1 cup arugula
- ½ cup toasted almonds
- ½ cup Wavee Blood Orange & Mandarin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Instructions:
- Arrange citrus slices, arugula, and almonds in a bowl.
- Whisk Wavee Blood Orange & Mandarin, olive oil, and honey for the dressing. Drizzle over the salad before serving.
Mango
Mango Coconut Chia Pudding
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wavee Mango
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh mango slices
- Instructions:
- Combine Wavee Mango, coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight. Top with mango slices before serving.
Mango-Glazed Chicken Skewers
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wavee Mango
- 500g chicken breast (cubed)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Instructions:
- Marinate chicken in Wavee Mango, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder for 2 hours.
- Skewer the chicken and grill until cooked through.
Watermelon
Watermelon Feta Salad
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups cubed watermelon
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Wavee Watermelon (reduced)
- Fresh mint
- Instructions:
- Simmer Wavee Watermelon until reduced by half and cool.
- Toss watermelon, feta, and mint in a bowl. Drizzle with Wavee reduction and olive oil.
Watermelon Sorbet
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen watermelon chunks
- ½ cup Wavee Watermelon
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Instructions:
- Blend frozen watermelon, Wavee Watermelon, and lime juice until smooth.
- Freeze for 2 hours before serving.
Blackcurrant
Blackcurrant Pancakes
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wavee Blackcurrant
- 1½ cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Instructions:
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, and Wavee Blackcurrant to make a batter.
- Cook pancakes on a greased skillet until golden brown.
Blackcurrant Sauce for Cheesecake
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wavee Blackcurrant
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Instructions:
- Simmer Wavee Blackcurrant, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Stir in cornstarch to thicken. Serve as a cheesecake topping.
